Create an order, send your coins to a deposit address provided by the system, and we'll do the rest. We receive the deposit, run routine automated checks, then route the funds to our liquidity partners to complete the swap. As soon as it's executed, the output is sent straight to your destination wallet address. No accounts and no ongoing custody.

SnapSwap doesn't provide hosted wallets or account balances. Deposits are received to our service deposit address, the swap is processed, and the payout is sent directly to your destination wallet. We don't offer ongoing storage of customer funds.

Most swaps finish in 5-15 minutes after your deposit reaches the required confirmations. While the network confirms, we run automated checks; once cleared, we route funds to our liquidity partners and pay out to your destination wallet. Timing can extend during network congestion.

Sending coins on the wrong blockchain may result in loss. If the deposit is above $20, we may attempt recovery for a manual fee, with processing taking up to 7 business days. Recovery is not guaranteed. Please double check everything before sending funds to our deposit address.
